Jordan A. Meeks, MSN, PNP-PC, IBCLC

Jordan grew up in Crozet, Virginia, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University. Eager to return to the Charlottesville area, she began her nursing career in Acute Care Pediatrics at UVA Health, where she cared for children with complex medical needs and discovered her passion for pediatrics.

In 2021, Jordan joined Martha Jefferson Hospital as a nursery and postpartum nurse. Her experience caring for parents and newborns inspired a particular interest in supporting families during the newborn stage. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia and became a certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2026. She also became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2026 and continues to work at Martha Jefferson as a lactation consultant.

Jordan loves supporting children and families through every stage, from the early newborn days through childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood. She strives to provide compassionate, family centered care that helps parents feel informed, confident, and supported.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Together, they can often be found somewhere in the mountains, hiking, biking, running, and skiing.
